Remote Sanification Through IoT Integration.

Our client manufactured professional sanification devices and wanted to make a fundamental shift: from selling hardware to selling sanification-as-a-service. To make that model work, they needed full remote visibility and control over every deployed device, knowing when each unit was running, how it was performing, and when it needed attention. Without that infrastructure, offering a reliable continuous service was simply not possible. Ermit designed and built the complete IoT stack to make it happen. At the core is a platform that monitors air quality in real time, manages device scheduling remotely, and, critically enables predictive maintenance by detecting anomalies and surfacing alerts before failures occur. This last capability is what makes the service model viable: it dramatically reduces on-site interventions and ensures SLA continuity at scale. The interface, available on mobile and tablet, exposes air quality status through clear indicators and allows operators to manage single units or entire networks without requiring technical expertise on the ground. The architecture is designed to scale seamlessly from residential to large industrial and retail deployments.
